CPC Learning Network Overview and Theory of Change

Housed within the Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, the CPC Learning Network convenes academics, policymakers, and practitioners to promote innovative research, nurture communities of learning, and build the next generation of researchers and advocates for children and families worldwide.  This document gives an overview of CPC Learning network, including our Theory of Change, which illustrates and clarifies the specific contributions that the CPC Learning Network makes to the lives of children, families, and the child protection community worldwide.
