Kelly Kirshner is a dual degree student, earning her MPH in the General Public Health program and MSW in the clinical track. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, where her family fostered infants and her passion for social service began. She majored in Human Biology with a focus in Developmental Psychology at Stanford University and minored in Art Practice. While there, she assisted research on eating disorders and also cofounded a body positive student group. Kelly has worked primarily with children and adolescents in school settings, though her goal is to use her dual degree to help children in foster care or issues surrounding child separation.
